Education at Work is a non-profit organization with a mission to help college students minimize student loan debt while developing career-ready professional skills and connections to post-graduation employers.
Education at Work partners with leading universities and forward-thinking companies to employ high-achieving, tech-savvy college students in a variety of customer-support positions at our campus centers and client sites. Our employer clients enjoy the benefit of smart, engaging students serving their customers and the opportunity to cultivate a future talent pipeline to fill positions across their organizations.
Since 2012, Education at Work has employed more than 3,800 part-time students and awarded over $31 million in tax-free tuition assistance and hourly wages to students. In addition to earning money, the students are learning teamwork, collaboration, conflict resolution and problem solving – skills employers seek in graduates.

Mahmudur Choundhury is a recent graduate of Arizona State University (ASU) whose work with a global online payment processing company while still in school helped open the door to his professional career. And that work during college was made possible through an innovative partnership between ASU and Education at Work (EAW).
Education at Work, and affiliate of Strada Education Network, teams up with institutions to provide financial assistance and real work experience to students. Through onsite call centers, students have the opportunity to practice skills that they will need for future interviews and jobs.
