Education at Work partners with leading universities and forward-thinking companies to employ high-achieving, tech-savvy college students in a variety of customer-support positions at our campus centers and client sites. Our employer clients enjoy the benefit of smart, engaging students serving their customers and the opportunity to cultivate a future talent pipeline to fill positions across their organizations.

Since 2012, Education at Work has employed more than 3,800 part-time students and awarded over $31 million in tax-free tuition assistance and hourly wages to students. In addition to earning money, the students are learning teamwork, collaboration, conflict resolution and problem solving –  skills employers seek in graduates.
