Strada Future Leaders Fellowship

A 12-week internship for individuals who are bold, curious, motivated team players — and passionate about advancing equity.

This early-career paid internship program brings together a diverse cohort of individuals from across the country to learn and work together. The Strada Future Leaders Fellowship program is a paid internship designed to help individuals develop their knowledge, leadership skills, and professional networks. Fellows work alongside our research, programs, and communications teams on projects focused on building equitable pathways that advance economic mobility through postsecondary education and training.

Diverse, inclusive, and equitable practices are central to a vibrant talent community, and Strada research points to the benefits of work-based learning. We are thrilled to introduce our inaugural cohort of Future Leaders Fellows. These individuals will help build this Strada program.
