Strada Education Foundation is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Director, Evaluation and Learning to join our research team as we work to identify solutions that educators, employers, policymakers, and other funders can advance to improve equitable pathways to opportunity through post-secondary education and training.

Assistant Payroll Manager

Location: Indianapolis.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Payroll Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.

Senior Corporate Counsel

Location: Indianapolis or Washington, D.C.

The Senior Corporate Counsel will report directly to the EVP General Counsel and be responsible for: providing legal representation and counsel, maintaining operations within the scope established by law for large public charities, identifying and analyzing legal issues, ensuring legal compliance for the organization as well as providing staff training with respect to areas of legal and regulatory compliance affecting the organization. This is a hybrid position that requires Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays working from the office (either our Washington DC or Indianapolis location).

Strategic Investments Platform Manager

Location: Indianapolis or Washington, D.C.

The Strategic Investments Platform Manager will be a key position in the Strategic Investments group. In this role, you will be a key player in post-investment value creation, responsible for supporting portfolio companies and fund manager relationships across Strada. Your initiatives will include developing a communications and events strategy, building a community experience for investees, and identifying opportunities to deliver on the promise of Strada as an impact investor of choice.
