Strada
Terry Holloway has more than two decades of experience in talent management and human resources. As Strada Education Foundation senior vice president and chief talent officer, he directs the organization’s talent strategy, including key role succession and talent pipeline management, associate and leadership development, and team effectiveness.
Previously Holloway was the founder and chief executive officer of Cornerstone Talent Management and has served as vice president in talent management and human resources for Anthem Inc.. Holloway also was vice president of human resources for Sallie Mae and held HR roles for Ford Motor Co.
He serves on the board of directors for FHL International, an Indianapolis-based nonprofit organization enabling food-insecure neighborhoods to develop a path to self-sufficiency. Holloway also is a volunteer for Wheeler Mission Ministries, Heartland One to One Care Ministries, and Hamilton Southeastern Youth Sports Programs.
Holloway holds an undergraduate degree from Evangel University and a master’s degree from Purdue University.
