Beth Cobert is president of affiliates and strategic partnerships, where she leads development and stewardship of the Strada portfolio of affiliates, as well as multiyear partnerships with mission-aligned nonprofit organizations.

Cobert most recently was president of the Markle Foundation, where she led its Rework America Alliance. Previously, she served as deputy director for management and U.S. chief performance officer for the U.S. Office of Management and Budget, as well as acting director of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Before those roles, Cobert spent more than two decades at McKinsey & Company, where she became senior partner and led the firm’s San Francisco office and its global social sector practice.

Cobert earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University. She serves on the Princeton University Board of Trustees and is a U.S. Department of Commerce appointee to the National AI Advisory Committee, which advises the U.S. president on a range of issues related to artificial intelligence. She also sits on the board of CBRE Group, Inc, a Fortune 500 commercial real estate services and investment firm.
