Ben Wildavsky is senior vice president for National Engagement at Strada Education Network. He oversees the social impact organization’s thought leadership to help individuals build more purposeful paths from education to employment.

Wildavsky brings to the role three decades of experience as an award-winning writer, speaker, researcher, strategist, and convener of national education experts at organizations ranging from the College Board and the Brookings Institution to U.S. News & World Report.

He is the author of The Great Brain Race: How Global Universities Are Reshaping the World, and co-editor of Reinventing Higher Education: The Promise of Innovation and Measuring Success: Testing, Grades, and the Future of College Admissions. His articles have appeared in the Atlantic, the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, Foreign Policy, and other publications.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in comparative literature (Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude) from Yale University.
