Strada
As the chief information officer Chris Borte is responsible for technology, security, architecture, and IT support across the network. In 2015 Borte came to InsideTrack, now part of Strada Collaborative, where he led Cloud Native and Zero Trust migrations, including the introduction of Kubernetes to the product platform. He joined Strada Education Foundation in 2019.
In his 25-year IT career, Borte has led operations, security, and DevOps engineering teams at Microsoft, Bonneville Power Administration, and Nike. Chris studied history and political science at the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. After spending three years in Nashville, Tennessee, he recently returned to Portland, Oregon, where he lives with his wife, Amy, and two children.
